We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags in the original shipping box or any sturdy mailer, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
